because there was some trouble in the past about using my pictures. You know the story from *woxys about this girl that posted pictures on facebook without giving credits? She used one of mine, too. I knew she did before all the trouble came up, but she was very rude and unfriendly when I asked her politely to give a credit. Never had such an experiance before. She made me feel like a criminal, although she used my picture Well, I thought, I like to give you some hints what is allowed and what not. If you are not sure after reading this, whether you are allowed to use my picture or not, please send me a note. I'm not unfriendly, rude or arrogant and a polite question and a credit are always a reason to allow things.

You are allowed to use my pictures, if...
... you give a credit. That means: Link back to my dA-Page, please. That means: You can post my pictures on facebook or your own blogs, if you give a credit and link back and follow the other rules.
... you like to use it for a school project.
... you like to use it as a reference for you own drawing.
... you show me, what you have done with my work. (I really like to know! )

You are not allowed to...
... remove the copyright without permission.
... claim the pictures as yours.
... use them without giving a credit.
... sell them as prints or use them in another commercial way.
... use it in an inappropriate context, that means: no illegal, no racism, no anti-animal, discriminating or political context.

... like to use my work for a photomanipulation!
... want to use my pictures as Avatar for a roleplay board or something similar.
... like to do other things that are not listed in this journal.


These rules are very simple and I guess fair due to the fact that I spend much money and time to take my pictures. So please please please: Follow them or ask, if you are not sure whether you are allowed to use them or not. I do not bite Thank you!
